The Jenson Samuel Shirts philosophy is 'customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 30 days to return the item to Jenson Samuel Shirts. Extended Christmas Returns Policy
Not sure on their size? Don’t worry, any purchases made from the 10th November up to and including the 24th December will be covered under our extended Christmas returns policy.
Jenson Samuel will be happy to exchange or refund any items purchased between these dates if they are returned on or before Monday 10th January in their original condition (including tags) with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt). Items returned after the 10th January will be valid for exchange only up until the 31st January.
Please note; The normal 30 day returns policy will re-commence from Thursday 26th December.
