“I’m really not sure where to start but I can honestly say that Carrie (Senior Wedding Coordinator) has saved my sanity and probably the wedding! With little over a month until the big day and a son who despite more than 18 months to prepare hadn’t “got around” to organising suits for himself, the best man and 7 groomsmen, we were all panicking, especially the bride to be! One call to Jenson Samuel and we’re now fully kitted out with 9 matching men, gorgeous suits that fit beautifully (which given that we’re in Southampton they’re in North Yorkshire, so a visit was not possible is a remarkable achievement), and a happy bride! I can say hand on heart that the customer service from Jenson Samuel is exceptional, I’ve shopped online for years, and this is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. The quality of the suits is wonderful and far superior to a certain chain who allegedly “specialise” in weddings. All suits arrived sorted into named bags ready to try on which was so helpful. A couple of items needed to be exchanged (due to my incompetence measuring and a bit of male vanity), this had already been planned for, there was a back up plan for everything, especially the things I hadn’t even thought of. The attention to detail was incredible, and nothing was too much trouble. There is not a single thing that can be faulted from this whole experience, and we are all so very grateful to Carrie, George and the whole Jenson Samuel Team - you are all amazing. THANK YOU for everything”
