How to Order

Ordering with Jenson Samuel is easy. Just browse our extensive range of quality goods, then simply add to cart. Then simply follow the step-by-step payment instructions and options including your delivery address and contact details, along with credit card details.

Payment

All of our credit and debit card transactions are processed using VSP (Protx Verisecure Payment System). Protx are an approved payments solution provider for most major banks or financial institutions such as Lloyds TSB cardnet, Barclays, HSBC, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. All card numbers are encrypted in using 128-bit encryption. This information is not kept or passed on to us.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order simply contact us and provided the order has not been despatched you will receive a full refund.

Postage & Package

Postage is calculated by the website based on the goods in your basket. Second class delivery is free & we have a number of delivery options including Next Working Day & Saturday Delivery available which can be changed at checkout.  For delivery to outside the UK postage charged will be more.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible usually within 24hrs. However please allow up to 3 working days for delivery from order. Orders will be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which will have tracking on them. They should be delivered with 2 working days from posting.

Returns Policy

The Jenson Samuel philosophy is 'customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 30 days to return the item to Jenson Samuel. Return postage charges (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an order being incorrect or faulty we will immediately exchange the item for you without charge.

All returned items must be unused and undamaged.
